can not sign in Live Messenger Wave3

When you try to sing in Windows Live Messenger 9 Wave3 ，it will show error info as following：

• Error 84cb000a
• Error 81000451

a. open the catalog

C:\Users\users name\Contacts\Messenger_e-mail_address

b. Delete all files in this catalog

c. open the catalog

C:\Users\users name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

d. Delete all files in this catalog，includ hide files

e.  Try to sing in Windows Live Messenger
